Ok, sorry but I just can't decide. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the white blouse and skirt. I think you should most definitely wear your hair up with the red flower and then yes on the red clutch!!!
But, I really love the black and gray dress too...you look darling in it. so, ...it's a toss up for me. I think the white blouse is a keeper with jeans, skirts, and anytime. It's not like you won't get any use out of it. so, ...maybe wear the lacy black and grey???

I like the blouse but I like the black top with the wide belt better for a wedding. That is my opinion anyway.
